Adding a Printer to CCPR workstation

These are directions on how to add a networked printer to a local CCPR workstation:

Windows 7/Vista Directions:

-Click the Start menu and then click on ‘Devices and Printers
-In the Devices and Printers window you’ll want to click on ‘Add a printer‘ in the toolbar
-In the Add Printer window choose ‘Add a local printer
-Choose ‘Create a new port’ – then pick ‘Standard TCP/IP port‘ and click next
-Enter the IP address of the desired Printer and do NOT check ‘Query…‘, next
-(If prompted for additional information choose HP Jet Direct)
-Pick the Brand and Model of the printer, do a test page to verify installation
