Space Reservation
About
Use this page to reserve space from a number of resources at CCPR. There are rooms, cubicles, terminals to access TS2, meeting rooms, and desks.
- Carrels: separated from one another by divider walls (#39 and #40 have dedicated terminal with access to TS2. These desks have monitors and keyboards for access).
- Offices: each office has two working desks for computing or other needs.
- Conference Room: has a large conference table and chairs to host meetings or small classes.
- Secure Data Enclave Room: Secure location where you can access our SDE environment from up to four available, individual workstations which are separated from one another by divider walls
Instructions
Make sure that you log into google calendar, before following links below. Select the space below that you would like to book. Click on the time, and fill out your name. Fill out the notes section with what you are booking the room for.
If you need to unbook a room or booked the wrong time slot, please access your google calendar. You can undo your listing by opening the calendar item, select the drop-down More actions menu (at the very top), then select Remove.
