Assistant Professor – Health/Health Disparities (2016/17)
The Department of Sociology at The University of Texas at Austin is seeking a faculty member to contribute to its program in health and health disparities. This is a tenure-track position at the assistant professor level to begin Fall 2016. The duties will include teaching on the undergraduate and graduate levels, research, publication, and service to the department, the College of Liberal Arts, and the university.
Applicants must have a Ph.D. in hand or expected by August 2016, demonstrate a commitment to teaching excellence, and have a clearly defined research agenda.
